* Pepperoni Bites

I made Pizza Dough for the first time recently, and being that it made enough dough for 2 16" pizza's, I thought that instead of making 2 pizza's I would make some pepperoni bites with the remaining dough!! Good idea right? Right!

Pepperoni Bites
(adapted from gram's pepperoni bread)

Ingredients:

pizza dough
diced pepperoni
shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Roll out pizza dough, using a big cookie cutter, cut out round shapes, add cheese and pepperoni in the center of dough, fold sides around and seal edges.  Bake at 450 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

  1. Homemade pizza dough is always great to have in the fridge, just in case...and these bites could be too addictive.
