Grilled Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Printer Friendly Version
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp Butter (melted)
3/4 Cup Frank's hot sauce
Pizza Dough
Chicken (1 breast)
1 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
Oil for dough
Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
Start by rolling out your pizza crust and forming. Mix Melted Butter and Hot sauce together. Pour 1/4 of Sauce into a zip lock bag, add your chicken and toss. Turn on your grill. Once grill is ready, place your chicken on. Thoroughly cook chicken. Take off grill and cut into chunks. Toss with the remaining sauce.
Oil both sides of your pizza dough and toss it on the grill. Flip the crust over after a couple minute (check on it, it should have nice light grill lines and a little bit of color). Once you have flipped it, add your pizza sauce, Shredded buffalo chicken, and mozzarella. Turn the flame off on the side of the grill that your pizza is on, and close the lid. We don't want direct heat on the pizza crust because we don't want it to burn, but we want all the cheese to melt nicely!

Are you a wing person?? On occasion I will have them, but I am more of a Garlic and Butter person rather than hot wing type. Don't get me wrong, I love hot and spicy food.. what is your favorite type of wings??
Happy Eating!!

I LOVE wings. Seriously. I think just about everything is greatly improved by putting Frank's red hot on it, including, but not limited to, eggs, baked potatoes, popcorn, burgers, chicken (of course), macaroni and cheese...etc., etc. I could go on for a while. I usually jazz my Buffalo sauce up with a bunch of garlic powder--love me some garlic Buffalo wings!
